ORDERS
1. How do I place an order?
To place an order, browse our store, choose the product you want, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. At checkout, enter your shipping information, choose an available payment method, review your order details, and complete your purchase securely.

2. Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After your order is placed successfully, you will receive an automated order confirmation email with your order details. Please make sure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

3. Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@aurabebe.shop. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.

4. What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@aurabebe.shop. We will try our best to help update the address, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered the fulfillment process or shipped. Aura Bebe is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries if the customer provided incorrect shipping information.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
5. Do you ship within the United States?
Yes. Aura Bebe currently ships to customers within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

6. How long does delivery take?
Our total delivery time is split into two parts:
- Order Processing (Handling) Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday - Friday).
- Shipping (Transit) Time: 5 to 7 business days (Monday - Friday).
In total, you can generally expect to receive your order within 6 to 10 business days from the date it was placed.

7. How much does shipping cost?
A flat shipping fee of $4.99 applies to all orders shipped within the United States. Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website or at checkout.

8. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to you. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier tracking information to update.

9. Why did I receive multiple tracking numbers?
Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on product availability or fulfillment location. If your order ships separately, you will receive more than one tracking number at no extra cost.

PAYMENTS
10. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payment methods displayed at checkout, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Amazon Pay.

11. Is my payment information secure?
Yes, 100% secure. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways and Shopify-supported checkout systems. Our website utilizes Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to ensure your personal and payment data is fully encrypted and safely transmitted. Aura Bebe does not store credit card numbers on our servers.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
12. What is your return policy?
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days after the order is delivered. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in the same condition received, and in their original packaging. All returns must be made By Mail.

13. How do I request a return?
To request a return, please contact us first at support@aurabebe.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

14. Who pays for return shipping?
- For Defective/Damaged Items: Aura Bebe covers 100% of the return shipping cost and will provide a prepaid label.
- For Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): The customer is responsible for the actual return shipping costs.

15. Do you charge a restocking fee?
No. We do not charge any restocking fee ($0.00).

16. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

17. What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item?
Please contact us immediately at support@aurabebe.shop. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can provide a replacement or full refund.

PRODUCTS
18. Are your products carefully selected?
Yes. We choose products based on usefulness, safety, and value. We aim to provide clear product descriptions and images to help customers make informed purchase decisions.

19. Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately. However, colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or manufacturing updates.

PRIVACY & SECURITY
20. How is my personal information handled?

21. Do you sell customer personal information for money?
No. Aura Bebe does not sell customer personal information for money.
